Last updated: 21 October 2026

Willow Homes for Children Ltd (company number 16360242) is responsible for personal information collected through this website and ordinary enquiries. Our registered office is 7 France Street, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2HG. Contact us at admin@willowhfc.co.uk.

Enquiries and messages
When you contact us by form, chat or email, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, together with our correspondence. We use these to answer your enquiry and manage any follow-up. We do not add people who enquire to marketing mailing lists.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our services. Where your enquiry asks us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may also rely on those pre-contract steps. Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough detail and a way to contact you to respond.

Who can access your information
Relevant Willow staff can access enquiries. Wix provides our website, forms and chat, and Google Workspace supports our email. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.

Where information is processed
Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Their data protection terms provide for recognised safeguards, such as adequacy arrangements or approved contractual clauses, where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and complete relevant follow-up. When deciding how long to retain a record, we consider the nature of the enquiry, any ongoing relationship, and any complaint, legal obligation or claim. We delete or anonymise records when they are no longer needed.

Website information and cookies
Wix processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and activity on the site to provide, secure and monitor the website. Cookies and similar technologies support site functions and may be used for usage statistics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. More information is available in Wix’s cookie guidance.

Job applications
Our website application is the first stage of recruitment. Applicants who pass interview are asked to complete our detailed application. Information about recruitment is in our Recruitment Privacy Notice.

Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask to access or correct your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask for deletion, restriction or a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.

Email admin@willowhfc.co.uk with a question or request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
